Animated DJ, Barney Deltiimo, is releasing his EP Welcome To The Real World (Every Little Thing) May 8^th, 2023. The single is a collection of reimagining’s of Gary Louca’s 1992 song Welcome to the Real World that spans Tech, House, and Club.

Featured on the track are original singer Lisa Love Barron, and original songwriter Gary Louca’s son, Ricky. Aged only 9 at the time of recording, the single not only brings new life to Gary’s track but serves as a loving time capsule of the relationship between the father and son.

The single has been remixed by Gary Louca and Bradon Grobler, bringing it up to date with the latest of their talents.

Welcome To The Real World (Every Little Thing)’s accompanying music video features incredible feel-good visuals to go along with the upbeat song’s distinct musical style. Led by DJ Deltimo, the video takes viewers through a wonderous montage of stunning optimistic images from the worlds of forests, parties, and desertscapes.

The video is part of Gary Louca’s project ‘The Spirit of Toronto’. A collection of animated musical shorts, The Spirit of Toronto explores the collection of stories in a magical book found by Louca in his attic. The independent project brings together talent enlisted from such diverse backgrounds as opera and Hollywood film.
